We clean glass by hand with professional squeegees and a purified-water process on exterior work — not a garden hose and a bottle of blue spray. Purified water dries without leaving mineral deposits, which is what causes the streaking and spotting you get from tap water. Frames, tracks and sills are wiped as part of the service, because a spotless pane framed by a gritty track still reads as dirty.

Interior and exterior cleaning are both available. Interior work includes shoe protection and drop protection at every window, and we work with you on furniture and blinds rather than around them. Screens are removed, cleaned, dried and reinstalled where accessible.

Window cleaning is the natural companion to a house wash — a soft wash rinses the siding but a professional glass finish is what makes the whole elevation look finished. Booking both together saves a separate mobilization charge, and we'll schedule the glass after the wash so nothing gets re-spotted.
